This research focuses on exploring the potential of Gen-AI to improve student learning outcomes in community colleges, while acknowledging the crucial role of faculty and staff in this transformation.

Central Research Question: How can community colleges leverage Generative AI (Gen-AI) to create a more effective and engaging learning environment that optimizes student learning outcomes, while considering the impact on faculty and staff workload and development?
